Do I have to pay before delivery?
No. Cash on delivery is our default: you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Online payment via bKash, Nagad or card is optional.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days inside Dhaka city, 2–3 days in Dhaka suburbs, and 3–5 days for other districts. We call to confirm before dispatch.
What does delivery cost?
৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳110 in Dhaka suburbs and ৳140 outside Dhaka. Delivery is free on every order over ৳2,500.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. You can open the parcel in front of the rider and confirm the item matches your order before handing over cash.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused with tags and original packaging. Message us with your order number and we arrange a pickup.
Are the products authentic?
Every item is sourced from an authorised supplier. Electronics and watches include a warranty card where the brand provides one.
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Not yet. We currently deliver to all 64 districts within Bangladesh only.
