How we deliver

Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our own riders inside Dhaka and vetted courier partners elsewhere. We do not ship outside Bangladesh.
Charges
- Inside Dhaka city: ৳70
- Dhaka suburbs (Savar, Keraniganj, Gazipur): ৳110
- Outside Dhaka, all districts: ৳140
- Free delivery on every order above ৳2,500
Timelines
Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same working day. Expect 1–2 working days inside Dhaka, 2–3 days in suburbs and 3–5 days for other districts. Government holidays and strikes may add a day.
Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after three attempts across two days, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
Receiving your parcel
You may open and inspect the parcel in front of the rider before paying. If the item is wrong or damaged, refuse the delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Partial deliveries
If one item in a multi-item order is out of stock, we deliver the rest and either refund or hold the balance at your choice: confirmed with you on the phone call.
