Xejox Ltd is a retail business registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating this store and the xejox.com brand.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place the order. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch, with your confirmation.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by phone. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable, the address is outside our coverage, or we suspect fraud.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch, refusing delivery repeatedly without reason may lead to cash-on-delivery being disabled for your number.
Product information
We describe colours, sizes and materials as accurately as possible. Screen colour may vary slightly from the physical item; this alone is not a defect, though it is covered by our 7-day return window.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes or events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with Dhaka courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
