What we collect

• Name, mobile number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order
• Order history, so support can help you quickly
• Basic analytics about pages visited and ads clicked, to improve the store

How we use it

We use your details to confirm, pack and deliver orders, to handle returns, and to tell you about offers if you opt in. We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the delivery partner handling your parcel, and payment providers when you pay online. Both receive the minimum information required.

Advertising and cookies

We use Meta, TikTok and Google tools to measure visits, shopping actions and advertising results. In regions where advertising consent is required, these tools stay blocked until you accept. The banner offers equal Accept and Reject choices. You can change or withdraw your choice later through Cookie settings in the footer. We retain the decision time, region, notice version and choice record. Events blocked at the time are never replayed after later acceptance, and applicable opt-outs are respected.

Retention

Order records are kept for accounting purposes for up to five years. Marketing contact details are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
